Piloted by Jim Bourke, Russian Thunder is the only Yak-54 currently flying in the US. Built in 1996, Russian Thunder is the first production Yak-54, and is one of the few all-metal "Unlimited" class, radial-engine aircraft being flown in aerobatic competition. The sound and presence of this remarkable aircraft are unique and unforgettable.
